At Inside My Farm, we strive to ensure that every harvest delivered to your doorstep is of the highest quality. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been processed for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not accepted. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately.

Since we deal with perishable goods (fresh vegetables), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and accepted. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

To request a refund, please notify us within 4 hours of delivery with a clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect produce. Upon verification, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days or provide a credit for your next purchase.

4. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription plans, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Any remaining balance for the current billing cycle will be adjusted or refunded as per the plan terms.
